Course information Matakuliah ini menjelaskan pengetahuan dasar tentang aspek manusia dan perilakunya dalam konteks peningkatan kinerja dalam tataran individu, kelompok, dan organisasi. Materi kuliah meliputi: Aliran-aliran dalam psikologi, Metode riset dan pengukuran dalam psikologi, Arti kerja bagi manusia dan evolusi perkembangan kerja dalam organisasi industri, Perbedaan individu. Matakuliah ini memperkuat pemahaman mahasiswa pada faktor manusia sebagai komponen penting dalam sistem integral yang dirancang dalam disiplin teknik industri
The course studies the basic knowledge on human aspects and his/her behaviour in the context of improving his/her performance at the individual, group and organization level. The study covers: approaches in psychology, research method and measurement in psychology, the meaning of work for people and the evolution of work in industrial organization, individual differences. This course enhances the students understanding on human factor as an important component of an integrated system designed by an industrial engineer.

Learning outcomes Mahasiswa mampu memahami dasar tentang aspek-aspek psikologi manusia dan perilakunya dalam konteks organisasi, khususnya dalam sistem kerja industri (manufaktur)
Students are able to understand basic aspects of human psychology and behavior in context of organization, especially in the industrial system (in the case of manufacturing system)
