Learning outcomes Untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap mahasiswa agar mampu (1) memahami perkembangan konsep organisasi (2) memahami penerapan konsep organisasi sesuai dengan kegiatan tuntutan operasi tertentu (3) mengidentifikasi dan memahami faktor struktural dan kontekstual organisasi. (4) menyusun rancangan struktur organisasi yang meliputi: organigram, tugas pokok dan fungsi kegiatan operasi unit organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan.
Learning outcomes To develop an understanding in (1) organizational system and concept, (2) implementing organizational concept based on particular demand, (3) identification of structural and contextual factor in certain organization, (4) arranging organizational structural design, include: organigram, main task and function of an organizational unit’s operational activity to attain organization’s objective.
