Course information Mata kuliah ini membahas tentang Pengantar desain fasilitas; Pendekatan untuk desain tata letak fasilitas; Perhitungan kebutuhan fasilitas; SLP (Systematic Layout Planning); Kegiatan non produksi; Kegiatan produksi; Model matematik untuk masalah tata letak; Algoritma dasar untuk masalah tata letak; Computer aided layout design; Evaluasi seleksi dan implementasi; Tata letak Teknologi kelompok; Algoritma lanjut untuk masalah tata letak; Penanganan material; Gudang bahan dan produk jadi (storage dan warehouse).
This course covers topics about scope of Introduction to facility design; approaches to facility lay out design; facility requirement calculation; SLP (Systematic Layout Planning); production activiy; non-production activity; matematical model for lay out problem; basic algorithm for lay out problem; computer aided layout design; evaluation, selection and implementation of design; group technology lay out; advanced algorithm for lay out problem; material handling; storage and warehouse.

Learning outcomes Mahasiswa mampu merancang tata letak fasilitas sistem manufaktur, yang meliputi mesin, tempat kerja, dan gudang serta sistem pemindahan material-nya.
Student able to design manufacturing system facility layout which include machines, work stations, and warehouse, as well as its material handling system.
